- Drinking water before meals helps you feel full faster, so you eat less - you've heard it before, that portion control is an important part of maintaining a healthy weight. Drinking a glass or two of water before a meal is a calorie free way to curb your appetite.

Have it at your fingertips! Reusable water bottles come in all shapes, sizes and materials, and now make it convenient to have your water with you at work, home and play. Having your bottle with you makes it less likely you will buy expensive bottled water or soft drinks. Reusable water bottles are also better for the environment, generating less precycle and solid waste than bottled water or beverage cans and bottles.
Sip it throughout the day! Most of us should be drinking about 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Many people find it difficult to drink more than one or two glasses at a time. Try sipping water throughout the day to stay hydrated and maximize health benefits.
